Martin Margiela's Fall-Winter 2007-2008 collection confirms the creative change that began the previous season: silhouettes are clearer, colours and prints are bright, and the structure of clothing is often hybrid.
The windings characterize several passages at the end of the parade. For the last silhouette of the collection, a huge black long-hair goatskin fur ring covers the mannequin's bare chest. Its two extremities meet behind its back, like a lifebuoy.
