Parking
A designated drop-off area is located in front of the museum’s main entrance.
Two GIC-GIG parking spaces are available near the entrance:
- One at 10 Avenue Pierre Ier-de-Serbie
- One at the corner of Rue de Galliera
Visitor Conditions
Visitors with limited mobility :
- Two wheelchairs are available at the museum reception desk (Reservations can be made at +33 (0)1 56 52 86 20 during the week).
- For those who need them, portable seat canes are available upon request (please ask the museum’s reception staff).
- An accessible elevator (H 2 m x W 0.90 m x D 1.50 m) provides access to the exhibition spaces and restrooms (located on Level -1 and equipped with an accessible stall). Museum staff are available to assist if needed.
Visitors with hearing aids equipped with a T-coil system:
- The reception, ticketing, and shop counters are equipped with an Induction Loop System (ILS) for hearing assistance.
- A portable version (neckloop ILS) is available and can be used with audio guides during guided tours (please request it from your tour guide before your visit).
Visitors with visual impairments:
Two magnifiers are available upon request at the reception desk for enlarged reading of artwork labels.

Since 2022, the Palais Galliera has been certified with the official French "Tourisme & Handicap" label for all four types of disabilities (hearing, mental, motor, and visual). This label ensures our museum's commitment to providing an effective and inclusive visitor experience.
