Since the creation of her house in 1994, Isabel Marant has been able to conquer an international clientele by grasping the allegory of the Parisian: a relaxed chic, almost innate, resulting from the harmony of heterogeneous rooms. Affordable, the clothes created by Isabel Marant are borrowed from her nomadic culture. Each of her collections is born from a journey.

Passage n°16 of her autumn-winter 2018-19 collection is inspired by the Great American West as, in the words of the designer, a "modern interpretation of the classic Western - more Jim Jarmusch than Clint Eastwood". The stripes of cotton guipure on the bodice reveal the skin. The slightly loose fitting white jeans reveal boots are worn over santiag boots. An industrially applied dirt treatment accentuates the dusty impression of a far west dreamed of by the designer.

After Africa for spring-summer 2015, Spain and Rajasthan for spring-summer 2016, this new silhouette underlines the importance of travel for this Parisian designer.
