For the fifth consecutive year, the Palais Galliera transforms into an open-air cinema, inviting visitors to enjoy three exceptional evenings celebrating fashion, history and film under the Parisian sky.

From 11 to 13 June 2026, the museum’s film festival returns with a programme inspired by the exhibition Fashion in the 18th Century. A Fantasized Legacy. Through stories of passion, intrigue and unforgettable heroines, the selected films extend the world of the exhibition through iconic cinematic works.

Programme

Set in the unique atmosphere of the museum courtyard, audiences are invited to discover — or rediscover — Lady Oscar by Jacques Demy, Dangerous Liaisons by Stephen Frears and Portrait de la jeune fille en feu by Céline Sciamma. Each screening will be introduced by a specialist and includes access to the exhibition.
